As Copperleaf’s Director of UX Research, Karyn leads the company’s user research initiatives and coaches designers and product managers on design thinking. Karyn’s an expert at translating business strategy into digital action and for over 20 years, has helped organizations create, redesign, and innovate new digital products and services.
After a brief introduction and some general questions, the floor will be open for anyone interested in learning about UXR, its methods, operational aspects, and relationship to product.
