Computer Vision R&D at Northeastern, in Vancouver and Beyond

Following the annual Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition Conference, being held in Vancouver this year, Northeastern University Khoury College of Computer Science faculty from across our campuses are coming together to host a panel and discussion about Computer Vision innovation and industry collaboration.

The event focuses on cutting edge computer vision research being done in Vancouver and at Northeastern University’s campuses, and how we can work together to grow the local ecosystem as well as forge and nurture collaborations. Come to learn from, and network with, Thibaut Durand (Borealis AI), Jason Vantomme (DarkVision Technologies), Ehsan Elhamifar (Northeastern Boston) and Bruce Maxwell (Northeastern Seattle). The panel will be moderated by Lino Coria Mendoza (Northeastern Vancouver).
